Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, your current billing period finishes first.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The Free plan lets you try core features indefinitely — including limited AI voice entry (3 uses/month). When you hit the 50-entry cap or need GPS tracking and exports, that's usually when users upgrade.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Pro covers everything most RE professionals need: unlimited tracking, all tax strategies, GPS mileage, calendar sync, and full exports. Pro+ is designed for multi-property investors and couples filing jointly — it adds spouse/team tracking so both partners can log hours, CPA-ready audit reports with GPS-verified documentation, unlimited properties, higher AI batch limits (50 entries per query vs 25), and priority support during tax season.
Do I need Pro+ if I only have 1-2 properties?
Probably not. Pro supports up to 5 properties with all tax strategies. Pro+ is most valuable when you need spouse tracking, 6+ properties, or want the CPA audit packet that includes GPS-verified trip data alongside your time entries.
What is AI Voice Entry?
Speak naturally about your day — 'I spent 3 hours managing the Oak Street property and drove 45 minutes to inspect the duplex' — and our AI parses it into structured time entries with IRS categories, durations, and property assignments. You review everything before saving. Free gets 3 uses/month (up to 5 entries each), Pro gets unlimited uses (25 entries/query), Pro+ gets unlimited (50 entries/query).
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you up to 36%. Pro is $99.99/year ($8.33/mo instead of $12.99), Pro+ is $199.99/year ($16.67/mo instead of $24.99). Annual plans are shown by default — toggle to Monthly if you prefer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay through Stripe on the web. The iOS app supports Apple Pay through in-app purchase. Your subscription works across all platforms — subscribe on web or mobile and it syncs everywhere.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your data remains accessible on the Free plan after cancellation. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data safe? What about IRS audits?
Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with row-level security — no one can access your records except you. All timestamps are immutable and anti-backfill protected, meaning entries can only be created within 48 hours (imports excepted). This creates contemporaneous records consistent with IRS standards for REPS documentation.
